Products I like

These are products I use and recommend. Many of these are referral links.

• FitOn fitness app: I enjoy the variety of classes and instructors. I don’t like the constant “weight loss” messaging.
  FitOn is free with a premium option. I upgraded, but it’s really not necessary.

• Pause Breathwork app. It offers a variety of guided sessions, from 3 to 45 minutes, tailored for any level of experience. It’s a great way to reset and regain your balance. The link above in an “invite a friend” link, but as far as I can tell, there aren’t any referral perks other than you feeling better because you used it.

• Good Protein: My current favourite protein powder and the only plant-based protein powder I’ve ever liked. I switched to it after my previous favourite protein (whey-based) was discontinued.
