ADHD in your 40s and beyond isn’t the same as it used to be.

ADHD coaching for capable women in midlife

Many women reach their 40s and realize the strategies that carried them through earlier stages of life have stopped working.

Responsibilities increase. Hormones shift. The margin that once held everything together disappears.

And the same brain that helped you succeed starts creating constant friction.

My work focuses on identifying what’s draining your capacity and rebuilding the systems around your life so things become manageable again.

For capable midlife women with ADHD who are done pretending everything is fine—and done living with how hard it feels.

You’re not looking for excuses.
You’re looking for solutions.

Hi, I’m Andrea Toole.

I’m an ADHD coach and educator who works with capable women in midlife whose lives look successful on the outside but feel harder to maintain behind the scenes.

Over time, I started to see a pattern: Most ADHD advice focuses on surface-level strategies.

But for many women, the real issues sit deeper in the structure of daily life.

  • What’s expected of you.

  • How your time is shaped.

  • What your environment demands.

  • How much you’re holding in your head.

That’s the work I focus on.

Instead of adding more strategies, we look at what’s already in place and rebuild the parts that are quietly making everything harder than it needs to be.

I use a framework called PRIMED to guide that process, looking at the key areas that support your capacity, including physical health, routine, environment, and downtime.

The goal isn’t to become more disciplined.

It’s to create a way of living that your brain can actually sustain.

Is this you?

You might recognize some of this:

  • Your life looks successful on paper, but it takes constant effort to maintain.

  • The systems that once worked for you no longer hold everything together.

  • You push through exhaustion because that’s how things get done.

  • You crave clarity and direction but get stuck in overanalysis.

  • You know you’re capable of more, but something keeps draining your capacity.

  • You’ve hit a wall—burnout, decision fatigue, or feeling lost in your own life.

  • You’re tired of living in reaction mode.

If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

“What I learned about coaching and cannot stop raving about is it gives you increased awareness and knowing of yourself. If that’s not a massive win for all then I don’t know what is 😀”
