Ever feel like you’re drowning in tasks and expectations—overwhelmed by life, overfocusing or underfocusing?

Living with ADHD can feel like a constant struggle to stay organized, meet deadlines, and keep any kind of balance. It’s easy to feel like you’re failing at life.

I’ve been there.

My story

For years, I felt behind—like I was failing at “adulting”.

I knew I was smart and capable, yet life felt unnecessarily hard. I watched other people navigate the world with ease while I fought through every day.

A turning point came in my 20s when I got fired from a law firm receptionist job and received an unofficial ADHD diagnosis.

I needed to adapt, so explored ways to manage my ADHD.

A book about nutrition shifted everything. I added more omega-3-rich foods like salmon and walnuts, added some supplements, and noticed real changes within two months.

Then, during a job interview, I held steady eye contact with the interviewer.

The small moment of focus felt pivotal. For the first time, I felt confident. I realized that small, targeted shifts, tailored to my brain, could create big changes.

The game-changer wasn’t just finding tools and strategies; it was finding ones that worked for me. Through trial and error, I uncovered approaches that fit my ADHD mind. Now I help others do the same: navigate their own journeys and find tools that let them thrive.

From struggle to feeling “normal”.

Like so many people with ADHD, I tried the planners, habit trackers, and time management tools promising to help productivity. I’d use them for a while, then abandon them.

Those tools help executive function, but that’s only one piece. They help manage life, but they don’t truly address ADHD on a biological level.

When my ADHD flared up intensely in 2017 after lying dormant, I zoomed out, saw the patterns, and started putting the pieces together in a way that made sense for me.

What I learned transformed my life.

  • ADHD symptoms fluctuate, so what works today might need adjusting tomorrow.

  • Lack of sleep, hormonal changes and stress are among the contributors to ADHD activity. To better manage these shifts, I tailored my strategies.

  • Personalized strategies have a higher success rate than generic solutions.

  • With the right support, you can move from surviving to thriving.

Instead of “adulting” in a way that seemed to work for everyone else, I built a way of working and living that fit.

That shift changed everything.

I let go of what I “should” be doing and started honouring what worked for me as responsibilities allowed.

As I did, people started asking me how I figured it out. They wanted to know how to navigate their own challenges and create a life that felt good instead of exhausting.

That’s when I realized: This is what I’m meant to do.

Rapid Random Truths About Me

  • I’m an introvert.

  • I love coffee, deep conversations, and dogs (not necessarily in that order).

  • ADHD is my specialty, but I help people with and without it.

  • I’m great at navigating crowds (to escape them).

  • I’ve spent my whole life feeling as though I see things differently—and it turns out I do. (I’m a Projector in Human Design, which means I naturally recognize patterns and guide people to clarity.)

  • Water is my happy place—being in or near it. I want to live close to water or mountains. As a child, bathtime was my favourite.

  • Astrologically, I’m a Pisces moon and sun, with Scorpio rising. There are so many ADHD qualities in that. Water signs are already dreamy, romantic, sensitive, and can come across as unfocused.

In 2024, I experienced several astrological events, sat with plant medicine, and began going through perimenopause. My life was completely turned upside down. I am the blue morpho butterfly fresh from her cocoon.
