If your life looks like it should be working—but takes far more effort than it should—you’re not alone.
Living with ADHD can feel like constantly trying to stay on top of everything and still falling behind.
I’ve been there.
My story
For a long time, I felt behind, like I was failing at “adulting”.
I was capable. I could figure things out. But the way I was trying to make life work wasn’t working.
I kept thinking I just needed better systems. More discipline. A different approach.
Some things helped—for a while.
But nothing really held.
Eventually, I stopped trying to fix it at the surface level and started paying attention to what was actually going on.
Not just what I was doing—but how my life was structured, what I was expecting of myself, and how much I was trying to hold in my head at once.
That’s where things started to shift.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.
But in a way that made things feel more manageable—and stay that way.
That’s the work I do now.
From struggle to feeling “normal”.
There was a point where my ADHD flared up again and what I had been relying on stopped working.
I had to zoom out, look at the patterns, and start putting the pieces together in a way that made sense for me.
What I realized :
ADHD isn’t static. It fluctuates.
What works at one point in your life won’t necessarily work at another.
Sleep, stress, hormones, and responsibilities all affect how things show up.
So instead of trying to stick to one system, I started adjusting how I approached things based on what was actually going on.
That shift changed everything.
I stopped trying to do things the way I thought I “should” and started building a way of working and living that fit.
As I did, people started asking how I figured it out.
They wanted to understand what wasn’t working for them—and how to change it.
That’s when I realized this is the work I’m here to do.
How I work
If you’ve been doing all the “right” things and nothing is sticking, you’re not the only one.
My work focuses on identifying what’s actually getting in the way—and changing it at the level where things break down.
I don’t use rigid systems or one-size-fits-all strategies.
We look at your patterns, your responsibilities, your environment, and how your life is currently structured.
Then we change what isn’t working so things take less effort and hold more consistently.
I bring a practical, structured approach to this work, grounded in coaching and real-life application.
I also naturally see patterns and connections, which helps you make sense of what hasn’t been working—and what needs to change.
Rapid random truths About Me
I’m an introvert.
I love coffee, deep conversations, and dogs (not necessarily in that order).
I’m great at navigating crowds (to escape them).
I’ve spent my whole life feeling as though I see things differently. As a Projector in Human Design, I recognize patterns and guide people to clarity.
Water is my happy place. Bathtime was my favourite as a child.
In 2024, intense astrology, plant medicine, and perimenopause turned my life upside down; I’m a blue morpho butterfly fresh from her cocoon.
Why this works
I know how it feels to stay stuck, to try so hard and still feel behind. My coaching doesn’t push you to grind harder. Instead, we look at what truly gets in the way and build a plan that fits.
If you’re ready to stop forcing things and start working in a way that fits, I’d love to help.
