Introducing the WILD Minds Founding Circle

If you look like you have it together but feel like you're barely holding on, you're in the right place.

You're competent. Successful. Capable.

And also: exhausted, scattered, constantly catching up, and managing more than anyone realizes.

You spend enormous energy staying composed, remembering details, recovering from crashes, and masking through tough moments while your brain works differently than everyone assumes.

Somewhere along the way, you stopped having your own support.

You don't need another planner or productivity strategy. You need a framework that works with your ADHD brain and a community where you don't have to pretend.

Why I built this

I'm Andrea Toole, an ADHD educator and coach trained through an ICF-accredited program. I'm also a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach with years of research and writing on ADHD management.

For most of my life, I looked organized and reliable. Internally, I was burning out on repeat.

I masked successfully through early adulthood until a 2017 office job broke me. Sensory overload, focus problems, constant anxiety. I stayed late to finish basic tasks. I cried before work. When they released me from my contract early, my relief outweighed my fear of unemployment.

That breaking point forced me to examine where I'd thrived versus barely survived. The pattern was clear: my success depended on how well my environment and routines aligned with my ADHD.

That's when I developed PRIMED, a body-based framework for managing ADHD through six adaptive pillars: Physical movement, Routine, Intake (nutrition), Mental state, Environment, and Downtime.

Not because these are revolutionary. Because they work when you implement them consistently with expert guidance.

The problem with other ADHD support

Free Facebook groups and Reddit threads: People guessing at solutions. Most advice comes from non-experts asking "Do I have ADHD?" instead of teaching proven management strategies.

Therapy: Addresses mental health but doesn't give you daily tools for executive function, energy regulation, or building sustainable routines.

Productivity systems: Ignore your nervous system entirely. They're built for neurotypical brains and fail when ADHD symptoms intensify under stress.

Most ADHD communities: Either clinical (medication-focused) or productivity-obsessed (more planners, more willpower). Neither addresses how your body and brain actually regulate.

WILD Minds is different: You get expert-led coaching using a proven mind-body framework—so you're not just commiserating, you're actually changing.

Introducing the PRIMED framework

This is what makes WILD Minds effective. We don't guess. We work systematically through six pillars proven to regulate ADHD brains:

Physical: Exercise increases dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin—the exact neurotransmitters ADHD brains struggle with. Movement isn't optional; it's medication.

Routine: Organizational systems designed for ADHD brains. Visual cues, minimal steps, and tools that work with your natural tendencies instead of fighting them.

Intake: What you eat directly affects symptoms. Blood sugar crashes worsen brain fog and focus. We optimize nutrition for executive function.

Mental state: Stress management, mindfulness practices, and community support. This isn't meditation guilt—it's protecting your peace so you can function.

Environment: Your workspace either supports your brain or sabotages it. We address both home and work environments, including workplace accommodations.

Downtime: Rest isn't lazy. Without adequate recovery, every ADHD symptom amplifies. Sleep quality, leisure, disconnection from work and screens.

Inside the Founding Circle, we implement one pillar at a time—no overwhelm, just steady progress.

How the Founding Circle works

Biweekly 75-minute live group coaching sessions

We start with grounding, move into group sharing (wins and challenges), dive into focused discussion on one PRIMED pillar, then close with reflection and practical tools. Biweekly pacing gives you time to integrate between calls, rather than collecting information you won't use.

Monthly coaching Q&A

Bring the real challenges: the messy middle, the hard days, the "I don't know where to start" moments. Direct access when you need it.

Facebook community

A focused, thoughtful space for questions, wins, and low-pressure accountability. Not another platform login to forget. I check in twice weekly, plus light weekly prompts to keep you tethered to your routines.

All PRIMED tools and workbooks

Every worksheet, template, and resource in one place.

Weekly email check-ins

Personal guidance to ground you and keep you connected to yourself between sessions.

Optional seasonal challenges

Digital detox, movement goals, PRIMED mini-challenges designed to fit your capacity, not drain it.

Your first 3 months in the Circle

You won't be perfect. You'll be functional without the constant exhaustion.

The 3-month minimum exists because real change requires consistency. Here's what shifts when you stick with the framework:

  • Follow through on meaningful projects you've avoided

  • Maintain routines (movement, meals, sleep) without constant willpower battles

  • Regulate emotions instead of reactively snapping at your partners or kids

  • Feel capable instead of constantly behind

  • Trust yourself to show up

  • Have a community that understands your brain

Most importantly:
You stop carrying everything alone, and you’ll feel like most days, you have your shit together.

This is your moment

Women in midlife carry more than ever. ADHD traits intensify under pressure—and without support, that pressure becomes unsustainable.

The women who thrive aren't the ones with perfect systems. They're the ones with steady support, realistic routines, and people who understand their brain.

You're not meant to do this alone.
